PARADE PR DQ KUE KRING # KUPING GAJAH # DINI

Kuping Gajah  
                                                                                               

*Bahan: 350gr terigu                                                                                            
60 gr gula hls                                                                                                  
1 btr kng tlr                                                                                                          
100 ml santan kental                                                                                   
1 sdm margarin                                                                                             
1/2 sdt garam                                                                                                
1 sdm coklt bubuk                                                                                         
500 ml minyak goreng                                                                                 


*Cara:                                                                                                                   
1. Cmpr terigu ,gula, kng tlr,margarin tambah kan garam             
2. Ambil 1/2 bgn adonan tambah kan coklat bubuk aduk rata    
3. Ambil msg2 adonan setebal 2 cm ,tumpuk adonan coklat & adonan putih ,gulung hgg padat ,simpan adonan dlm lemari es slm 30 mnt / hgg adonan mengeras agar memudahkan dlm memotong                                                                 
4. Potong adonan tipis2 & masukan k dlm wajan yg tlh d isi minyak dingin                                                                                                 
5. Goreng hgg terapung & matang angkat
